Movement begins
with curiosity.
I am passionate about the functional mobility of the body. That passion comes from a lifetime in the performing arts as a professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher.
From Cincinnati Ballet to stages around the world, my work has always been an exploration. Since 2013, I have been finding ways to make alignment-based techniques more accessible to a wider range of bodies.
