  • Wednesday 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Moksha FIT - 7, 14, 21, 28
  • Friday 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. - 2, 9, 16, 23
  • Friday 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.- *Karma - 2, 9, 16, 23
  • Sunday 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. - Moksha Flow - 4, 11, 18, 25
